Yes — a 50% deposit is taken once you approve your design and quote. This secures your booking slot and allows us to begin sourcing materials. The remaining 50% is due on completion of the build once you are happy with everything!
We’re currently reviewing warranty options, but we’re always available to provide aftercare support and advice should any issues arise.
Yes — delivery is available within a 150-mile radius of our workshop. Many clients prefer to collect so they can do a full walkthrough, but delivery is always an option.
Yes — we’ll give you a complete handover and demonstration of all systems (electrics, gas, water, etc.) so you feel confident from day one.
